One of the best and consistent pizza joints in LA. We have been ordering from TBP since it opened, we never get tired of it, the quality is top notch and delivery on the apps is always solid. It's not your traditional slice and the toppings are definitely original and unique. I'd say by far one of the top 20 pizza places in LA. If you get it to go, definitely crisp it up in the oven, the crust gets flaky, crispy deliciousness and it takes it to a whole new level, nothing worse then soggy, limp ass pizza ! The gluten free crust is also very good for what it is, but their regular crust is where it's at for me. Again a great change of pace from the traditional NY slice, exceptional quality, always fast and great service. BTW their new ROASTED SPRING CORN EZQUITE is killer ! Never had anything like this !

my favorite pizza in Los Angeles. I prefer thin and crispy overall... although this pizza is thicker (but not deep). flavors are unsurpassed! Vegan & vegetarian options. The Figueroa location used to have family style picnic tables in the back, but hippo took the space over during Covid... so, the pizza-eaters are now relegated to eating on the street tables indefinitely?

Food 5/5!!! So good, holy sh*t! If you want some juicy, oily, full-filling, thick, crunchy, tasteful pizza, GO HERE. I cannot recommend this enough oh my. You can also get all the flavors and mix them for your orders to try everything there! They also serve craft and canned beer! Service 5/5: you pay at the front and sit wherever. Ambiance 3/5: looks like food court but you can always take it to go lol

Nancy Silverton one of the pioneer chefs of the culinary world. Triple beam was stumbled upon while visiting family in the area we decided to stop in. Walking through the corridor it felt like I was walking under a boardwalk. Just follow the signs. The flavor combinations were exciting! While glancing over the menu our salivary glands began to water and eagerly awaited our order. It's a pick up window with very limited seating. So we opted for a tailgate. Once we got our boxes of treasures we dug in. Oh man these flavors make you happy dance while you're chewing. It's really fun to try new combinations to broaden your flavor profile dictionary. Food is an experience and triple beam will dish out the best.

Happy National Pi day, today for being 3.14!! I didn't care about going anywhere else for freebie pizza pie because Triple Beam is one of my favorite pizzas!! They make it right and it's always delicious!! Some of our favorites are: the mushrooms and shallots, potato, pepperoni and pineapple slices, marguerita, San Marzano tomato and mozarella. Whatever you get, you won't be disappointed. Delicious pizza pies!! And they have great staff working there. But today, my big five stars goes to Paolo!! He literally saved my butt from getting a parking ticket!! Usually, I park at the back of CVS, but it was full today and I noticed two cars parked by the fence to the back of Triple beam on the alley, and I parked behind them thinking I'd be fast. I came to order and I was talking to Paolo and he advised me to move my vehicle, then come back to pick up my pizzas. Glad I listened to him and before I could move it, I saw the ticket patrol right there in front of the first car, we all one-by-one, left the area and the guy in the patrol probably thought he lost his three chances of giving 3 tickets!! The laughs on him!! I then circled around and parked by CVS, went in and picked up my pizza pies and thanked Paolo so much!! Yes, I did tip him for my pizzas!! Thank you again Paolo and Triple beam team for an amazing pizza pie!!

First time I had pizza here, I was blown away by the taste and texture! I've been hooked ever since and the quality hasn't changed -- which is great since from the reviews of the other shop I was worried I'd be disappointed. Last week, I ordered twice with a friend and family and was not disappointed. In fact, the leftovers are even better after baking. As a pizza lover, I've eaten pizza around the world, and while this isn't the traditional type of pizza, it's really good and I could eat it all day long. Their pepperoni is amazing, but even better with a few extra toppings. It can be made like a BYO pizza. There's nothing better than delicious pizza!!!

The Service: Order at the counter, take out or dine in (seating area in front of the counter and side walk). Efficient service. The Pizza: Everything is made to order. I like they have many different varieties of toppings that I usually don't see on pizza menu. The dough is chewy and baked perfectly. I ordered the potato sage and truffle. I was surprised potato goes so well with pizza dough! The black truffle cheese smells so delicious. Their price is a little bit higher, the whole pizza is over $30. It looks like a fast food store but the food is definitely restaurant quality. Will definitely go back and try other toppings. Parking: Street metered parking. On the side street, there is residential street parking (across street)

I was here on opening day and am quite sure I reviewed this place then. However, every time I check in I receive a reminder to write a review. Of course, my original review is MIA. Triple Beam was founded by award winning Chefs Nancy Silverton (an expert at breadmaking) & Matt Molina. Matt is also co-owner of adjacent restaurant HIPPO and used to be the executive Chef at Silverton's Pizzeria Mozza & Osteria Mozza. It's safe to say that they know a thing or two when it comes to dough. Nancy & Matt opened Triple Beam with the intent of bringing Roman style pizza to So Cal. Initially, the pizza was sold by the ounce and you paid by how much your pizza weighed. Now slices range from $6.50 to $9. Half & Full sizes are also available. The signature crispy crust serves as the base for a variety of creative topping combinations. (Roasted Mushroom and Shallot is one of my favs.) Gluten free, Vegetarian, & Vegan options are available. The pillowy focaccia is the best in town, especially charred onion & rosemary. If you attend the Wednesday wine tastings at Highland Park Wine, you get a free slice of this delicious focaccia with your tasting. The garlic knots are addictive and the Brookie is decadently delightful. Wine & beer are available, but you can also grab a bottle from Highland Park Wine, which is in the same complex, and enjoy your pie & vino on the patio. *Residential street parking.

Triple beam just tastes like quality ingredients. I really like the flavors they have to offer. The PEPPERONI and the MUSHROOM are my go to flavors. Everything else I've tried is great too whether it's the one with potatoes or the chorizo and squash. I feel like you really can't go wrong. The desserts are good too. I've had a sweet focaccia with apples as well as the little gelatos. Both are yummy but I suggest the focaccias since they are made in house.... Why not both!?
